What does the Nameservers check look at?
The domain's configured nameservers (NS records) and a basic redundancy check -- whether multiple, diverse nameservers are configured rather than a single point of failure.
Why does nameserver redundancy matter?
A domain with only one configured nameserver (or nameservers all on the same provider/network) can become completely unreachable if that single provider has an outage.
Is a single-provider nameserver setup automatically unsafe?
It's flagged as a lower-severity availability/stability concern, not a security vulnerability -- many legitimate sites use a single reputable DNS provider deliberately.
Does this check verify who controls the nameservers?
No, it only reads what's configured in DNS -- ownership/control of the nameserver provider isn't something a DNS query alone can establish.
